Keratocephalus ("horned head") is an extinct genus of tapinocephalian therapsid from the early Capitanian age of South Africa. It was found in the Lower and Middle Tapinocephalus Assemblage Zone of the Karoo deposits, in the Lower Beaufort Beds in Beaufort West.
